  • What are typical menopausal symptoms and how long do they last?

    Common symptoms include sleep disturbances, hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, weight, and menstrual cycle changes. Duration and intensity vary from individual to individual. Our approach: understand symptoms, identify triggers, and establish nervous system-friendly routines for noticeable relief.

  • Perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause - when does it all begin?

    Perimenopause = transitional period (often mid/late 30s to 40 years), menopause = last period (obvious after 12 months), postmenopause = the period afterward. You don't need a diagnosis to get support.

  • Sleep disorders during menopause: What really helps?

    We combine sleep education, evening routines, stress management (e.g., PMR, breathing), exercise, and nutrition to balance hormones. Plus, concrete implementation plans and support to help you sleep through the night again.

  • Hot flashes & night sweats: How can I relieve them naturally?

    Identify triggers (e.g., alcohol, sugar, stress), fine-tune cooling strategies, nutrition, and daily routines. If necessary, we'll discuss options, including HRT information. You make an informed decision about what's right for you.

  • Hormone therapy (HRT) yes/no – is this compatible with MENO Magic?

    Yes. We provide evidence-based information on opportunities and risks and demonstrate effective lifestyle levers. Many participants benefit from the combination of medical knowledge and practical routines.
